These TCU are not to the exclusion of any Terms and Conditions of Use announced published by Identity Malta Agency (IMA) on the website, the Malta Government portal, and /or the Laws of Malta:

These terms and conditions apply to any Maltese Diplomat (“User”) who is applying for a Maltese Diplomatic Passport through this online portal to be submitted to the Passport Office within IMA. Kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. By applying through this portal for the Diplomatic passport ("the service"), it would be treated as a deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

IMA reserves all the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. It is the responsibility of the User to have read the terms and conditions before using the Service.

These terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions determined by or published in the website by IMA, the government portal, and/or the Laws of Malta.

The User is requested to carefully read the Terms and Conditions as they determine his/her rights and obligations. Using the online portal and clicking the “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” box on the submit page, constitutes a definite and irrevocable acceptance on the part of the User to all the Terms and Conditions.

Entering false details is a criminal offence. Legal action shall be taken against anyone entering false information, including civil suits for damages.
